The Nightmare Before Christmas by Graham Erwin for Mondo

Mondo posters are fucking awesome. Nuff said. Today we are going to see the release of Graham Erwin's newest incarnation on the Tim Burton classic, 'The Nightmare Before Christmas'. As usual, the poster comes correct and is awesome! Click here to stay on top of Mondo's sale plans for this $60 print via Twitter. There are only 335 of them being made, so stay on top of Mondo's twitter to know when you can add it to your collection. Good luck....

'I'd Buy That...As a Tee!' Vol 29

Always on the look out for inspiring art... emblazoned across the chest of humanity. Here's some of the t-shirts I have my eye on to do just the trick but, there's only one problem....they aren't for sale yet! Please click the links below to the Threadless.com voting pages for each and give these beauties '5' ratings so I can throw 'em on my charge card one day.

**Please click READ MORE for tee-licious tees!**

'VHS Man' is a Retro super hero in the vein of X-men's Cyclops. I'm not sure of what his abilities might be...but, just keep him far from Magneto!

Jack & Jack collide in a Live-action Tim Burton mash-up perhaps in 'Jack T. Skeleton'

'HURP!' takes it in the neck in a classic way! I can totally see that happen for my pleasure in the next side-scrolling Super Mario adventure.

'Shot First' reissues the tired debate over who's first with the blaster fire. I just kinda liked this ones style. Shoot me!

'I Heart Quidditch' .....I do I do! I do fancy a game of Quidditch!

'QR Link' has busted probably my MOST favorite of the 8bit video game heroes...hiding in the sku!

....and 'It's Dangerous To Go Alone' exhibits the arsenal required to topple Link's foe Gannon once and for all!

'Soylent Green'...I keep tellin' youz......It's (SPOILER ALERT)!!

I hadn't really thought about playin' Super Mario Bros. while trippin' on 'shrooms (and the irony of that) until I saw THIS design...'Mario's Magic Mushroom Trip' ...pretty freaky!

And finally this week, there is ABSOLUTELY NO CONTEST as to what my favorite design is. You may have heard of Walking Dead...and subsequently '(Christopher) Walken Dead'.....but have you ever seen 'Joaquin Dead'? Amazing!! If ever an image should go viral...this is the one!

Tune in next time when I offer Tee for two..and two for Tee! Remember to vote!

Jack Skelington The Pumpkin King Times 5!!!!

It wouldn't be the Christmas season for me without getting into The Nightmare Before Christmas coming up... I have loved this movie since it came out way back when. It's universal good will and overall love that many age groups show for the movie are a testament to just how genius the film really is. You gotta love the tale of Jack the Pumpkin King trying to take over the role of "Sandy Claws" while the real St. Nick is bound & gagged with epic baddie Oogie-Boogie. I have seen this movie in every format... Back in 1993 I saw it when it was released in theaters, and every year since 2006 my son Mikey & I check it out in Disney 3-D. It never disappoints. Click after the jump for more...

In honor of the magnificent holiday film that Tim Burton, Henry Selick and Danny Elfman put together, I found 5 really cool Deviant Art pieces of Jack to celebrate the character I love so much. I hope you enjoy these as much as I do. Make sure you take the time to click each artists links and leave them some love in their comment sections so they know you liked their stuff. Just a little way to say thanks....

I'd Buy That...As a Tee! Volume 5 by Jeff Bond

Spring has sprung and I could use a few new unique t-shirts to really make a statement without saying a word. A statement like "I'm a geek that doesn't take much of anything seriously...I'm approachable and easily abused."

Here's some of the t-shirts I have my eye on to do just the trick but, there's only one problem....they aren't for sale yet! Please click the links below to the Threadless.com (my favoritest and most user friendly t-shirt contribution site) voting pages for each and give these beauties '5' ratings so I can throw 'em on my charge card one day.

In 'Gorilla For Sale', 'Magilla Gorilla' get's a realistic make over. How much is that Gorilla in the window...may I ask?

'A Robot's Holiday' is a simple mechanical design! Friendly little robot playing with some robot Christmas gifts perhaps? Love it on a yellow Tee!

***Click 'READ MORE' below for more tee-rific tees!***

What's this? What's this?.......'In Memoriam M. Jackson' pays tribute to 2 of my favorite dead guys. Michael Jackson....and Jack Skellington! One hell of a mash-up!

Old timey 'Star Wars' & 'Gremlins'  fun with this piece entitles 'A (Very) Long Time Ago'. I must have figure versions of all 3 of these little guys! (Yoda, Wicket, Gizmo)

'No More Licks' will have to be seen after the jump to be believed! Definitely my favoritest of the week. Don't let the illusion photo below betray you! "Mr. Owl, how many licks DOES it take to get to the center of a Tootise Pop? Ummm uh-1...uh-2.....(click...click.....BOOOM!)

No More Licks - Threadless, Best T-shirts Ever

'The Pandnisher' sparks fear in the hearts of evil-doers...I guess

'Wild West' features a futuristic law man of future's past. Whether he's a law-enforcer or Law-breaker is anyones guess...but, I like his gunslinging style!

Just in time for Easter, comes this sweet 'Star Wars' spoof, 'Frozen In Chocolate'. Bunny versions of Princess Leia and Chewbacca look on in angst as their fallen hero...the hare version of Han Solo, is displayed in a coma-like state in layers of chocolaty goodness.

'Spider-Pig' inspired, most likely, by the, now infamous, 'Simpsons' movie scene in which Homer has his fun with a little porker pal. "Spider-Pig...Spider-Pig.....does whatever a....Spider....pig......does!"

Finally this week, 'Go Go Gadget Noir' took advantage of Threadless.com's 'Threadless Loves Noir' competition to spotlight the bumbling mechanical detective Inspector Gadget! We'll get you next time T-shirt! Nexxxxxt tiiiiiiiiime!
