Lord Netsua has a Deviant Art page that is LOADED with horrific drawings of monsters and mayhem. But the two pieces that stuck out two me had to be his mashups between horror and the puppets of Sesame Street. The first picture is a movie poster for A Nightmare on Sesame Street featuring Elmo, and the second is a drawing featuring monstrous versions of Grover, Cookie Minster, and The Count. His villainous stylings of these childhood faves had me bugging out... so I shared them with you guys here. Check out both pieces after the jump...

Exophrine Presents: Lock & Load
My boy Dave over at Exophrine (you guys gotta check out his blog, it's dope) has a knack for editing some kick ass videos. His videos have been know to blow minds and cause heart palpitations in viewers due to their awesomeness.... lol. Seriously speaking, Dave has compiled a killer video which features clips from some of our favorite action movies and highlights the firepower used by the heroes and villains throughout. This is a great highlight video for gun enthusiasts, so make sure you give it a whirl after the jump....
The Nic Cage Terror Alert Trilogy
Conan O'Brien has been flying a bit under the radar at his new home over at TBS. But just because he isn't in the spotlight so much doesn't mean he is tanking on his shows original content. The guys over at Team Coco have long been impressive with their original skits, and last month they ran a trilogy of of spots for the "Nic Cage Terror Alert System" that had me rolling on the floor. In the skits the Department of Defense has replaced the typical color coding of the Terror Alert system with warnings that correspond with Nic Cage's acting roles. The worse the threat, the crazy the reaction from Cage. These three clips will make your day. My fave is the 3rd, because it has a hidden PSA at the end as well. You can see all three after the jump....

This Was The Original Idea For ET....
... but things didn't exactly work out between the xenomorph and the first kid chosen to be Elliot. This poster, which the artist is of unknown origin but appeared on George Takei's facebook page, is what I would have much rather have seen from E.T. instead of a cutesy alien eating a bunch of Reece;s Pieces... but what do I know!!! See the full sized pic after the jump....

Proof That There Is A God: Jennifer Love Hewitt
Jennifer Love Hewitt has had an up & down career, but there are a few things that are certain: 1) She has had a few hit TV shows under her belt (Party of 5, The Ghost Whisperer) 2) She has made some memorable movies (I Know What You Did Last Summer, Can't Hardly Wait) and 3) Has one of the ebst pair of tits in the hsitory of Hollywood. All of the above make her a logical choice as proof that a god does in fact exist and he loves us very much. Enjoy the pics after the jump... hopefully one of these days we will get to see her twins in their full glory!!!!
Christopher Walken Reads "Where The Wild Things Are" & I Promptly Faint Due To A Brain Hemorrhage From Hysterical Laughter!!!!
After last years release of "Go The F@#k To Sleep" as read by Samuel Jackson helped elevate the book to huge sales numbers, it was only a matter of time before the parodies would start rolling in. Youtube users Randumbify have come correct with this new video that features an actor doing a Christopher Walken impression reading "Where The Wild Things Are". Now fans of the book know that there are not to many words in the original text, but you have to hear the crazy analysis of the pictures from Walken as he breaks down his version of what is happening with Max in the pages of the story. This is the best 10 minutes I have ever spent in my life watching a Youtube clip, and it takes me back to the great Walken speeches of Pulp Fiction (He hid it in the only place he knew they wouldn't find it.... up his ass!) & True Romance (Your a cantaloupe!!!). Fantastic video... give this a watch immediately!!!!
Why Don't Major Cities Like NYC Follow The Genius Marketing Ideas of Disney???
Disney is a company of questionable marketing practices. On one hand they continue to drop the ball on promoting really good movies like Tron: Legacy & John Carter, who are then viewed as flops because they are promoted ineffectively. On the other hand they have a 70+ year history as a top tier animation house and they own/operate the two largest theme parks in the USA. So maybe cities like NYC, that are constantly complaining that they need to raise more money, should follow Disney down certain marketing plans. Case in point: Disney is using it's monorail system at its theme parks to promote the upcoming super movie, The Avengers. They have done this in the past (I specifically remember them doing this for Tron) and it makes perfect sense... the monorails are in constant view of a ton of people and moves throughout the surrounding areas of the parks. It's a billboard on wheels. So why doesn't NYC and other cities with extensive train systems allow companies to purchase train exteriors to wrap in advertising? What difference does it make? The train interiors are already FILLED with ads... but why not use the outside, which is visible to EVERYBODY in the surrounding areas, whether they actually ride the train or not? Check out the pic/video after the jump and let me know if you think this would be a good idea...
