Power Of The Force Girls

Power of The Force Girls is created by artist and animator Lin Zy. GeekTyrant has the first full episode of the webseries to show you. It's clear that a lot of talent and time has been used to create Power of The Force Girls. It really goes beyond the superficial visual elements and intertwines both universes in the story and characters. The animation really stays true to Craig McCracken's style while mixing in Star Wars in unexpected ways. Check out the first webisode after the jump...

'Call Me, Maybe' Sung By The Cast Of Star Wars

Carly Rae Jepsen's pop masterpiece 'Call Me, Maybe' is a juggernaut of a song that is probably the catchiest tune ever written. Hear it just one time and the simple lyrics & melodic tune will be embedded into your brain forever. But part of the reason the song is sticking around so long is because of the variations that people are coming up with in various parodies around the 'Net. I have seen Cookie Monster, Barack Obama, and many others supercut into singing the catchy tune, but nothing comes close to this epic supercut featuring the extensive cast of the Star Wars saga. My favorite part has to be the second verse when they go into subtitle mode and bring in some of Lucas's original alien languages. Pretty cool video after the jump....

The Six Million Dollar Jedi

Very cool mashup of the intro to the 6 Million Dollar Man TV show and Luke from the Star Wars films. Very creative, via Geek Twins and courtesy of One Minute Galatica.

The Invincible Iron Droid

You gotta love this C-3PO/Iron Man mashup by Gadget WK. He is a very talented artist, and his blog has some cool stuff. He also promises that this is the first in some Marvel/Star Wars mashups he has planned. Lets see what he comes up with in the future!!!
