Marco D'Alvonso has a knack for taking something that may be vaguely familiar to us and make us feel like it hasn't been 20 years since we have seen it. Case in point: he makes a awesome fight poster promoting a battle between Urkel Bot (aka Steve Urkel from Family Matters) vs Mega Skreech (aka Skreech from Saved By The Bell). Mash-ups that show the artist using their heads to match two properties that are perfect for each other cause a giant smile to come across my face. There are easy ones, like The Incredibles mixed with the Fantastic Four. But then there are no brainers that never occurred to regular folks like me, such as Jeffro Kilpatrick's Rock 'em, Sock 'em Who-bots! What a killer idea, having the red & blue corners repped by a Cyberman & a Dalek. Delete!!! Exterminate!!! Delete!!! Exterminate!!! This is great.
