What Is The Source Code?

Check out this cool infographic that tries to give us an idea on what The Source Code is. The 2nd film from director Duncan Jones (his 1st, Moon, was incredible) stars Jake Gyllenhaal, Vera Farmiga and Michelle Monaghan and opens April 1. I for one can not wait to see it. 8 Bit Version of 'Moon' by Mads Herman

Anyone who reads this blog knows I absolutely sweat Duncan Jones's unreal sci-fi extravaganza 'Moon'.. it is a sensational movie that you must check out if you haven't already. Here is an 8-bit version of the movie by artist Mads Herman, if it was a point and click video game:

If I played this game back in ´91, I think my brain would literally blow up. It just started with me wanting to do some nice SCUMM fan-art, but the further I got with this, the more I felt that the narrative of this particular flick would fit awesomely with the whole point'n'clicky thing. Except for maybe the lack of a character gallery. It was pretty tough for me completing games like Secret of Monkey Island, because as a 12 year old danish kid, I didn't really have a clue what a rubber chicken with a pulley in the middle was, for example... and the artwork was also pretty tough to decrypt at times... but now I know how hard it is to do Sam Bell, when you only have about 12x12 pixels to do it on :D Anyway, hope you like this one... I might do more, I dunno yet.

I would want to hear Kevin Spacey's robot voice echoing through my house over and over & Sam Rockwell kicking clone ass... god I love these 8 bit recreations that remind me of Nintendo!!!

Listen To 'Selene', The Hip Hop Album That Was Inspired By The Film 'MOON'

This is a well crafted mash-up of original rap lyrics from Richard Rich & Max Tannone and the wonderful music that was contained on the score from the movie 'Moon' by Clint Mansell. I love the movie that Duncan Jones (David Bowie's son) created for his first film, and one of the best parts about it was definitely the spooky score that accompanied the isolated space story. I am so excited to get this album on my Ipod! Here is the first few tracks for you to listen to now:
