Where Brooklyn At?

Today is March 9th... a day that will forever go down in infamy for hip hop fans everywhere. 15 years ago today The Notorious B.I.G. was gunned down in Los Angeles after performing a show. It came at the height of the East Coast/West Coast rap wars and just a few short years after Tupac himself had been gunned downed. I remember the day vividly... I was at the mall with my friend Anthony in Upstate NY when Hot 97 made the announcement. It wasn't the current era of instant news and real time updates via the web. The news was slow to come out and wasn't really confirmed until much later in the day. All I know is that I was crushed. My favorite rapper was gone, just a few short weeks before the world would get to hear his second album. God I miss ya B.I.G... Check out a few of my favorite Biggie videos after the jump so we could celebrate the man who was taken from us far to soon. To quote Canabis "... Because the greatest rapper of all time died on March 9th!!!"

OHC of the Day: Denise Vasi

'OHC' stands for Obscure Hot Chick of the day... just another beautiful actress that you may or may not know of yet...but, we are sure you will soon. Click after the jump to see more pics of the lovely Denise Vasi....

Denise Vasi is talented model and actress from our neck of the woods...Brooklyn. You may have seen her in print ad or as Randi in the, long running, ABC daytime soap 'All My Children'. Or maybe she made you randy in the unfunny rom-com 'When in Rome' playing a skilled waitress. Right now, though this Grecian/Dominican goddess is sizzlin' up the screen in 'What's Your Number' alongside Anna Farris and Chris 'Captain America' Evans. I's ask her what her number was...but, I'd probably never call. I'm to shy..I opt for stalking her daily though this CCD photo spread.
