Doctor Who has become a bit of an obsession for me. Not just Doctor Who, but pretty much all BBC shows. But Doctor Who is what started it for me. So one can imagine just how hard it is for me each spring/summer as I wait in anticipation for the next season to start. Doctor Who is also one of the most popular shows among kids in England. A lot of the shows popularity comes from the younger demographic. So the gang over at BBC decided to kill two birds with one stone and create a short based on a script written by the students of the Ashdene School. The result is 'Good As Gold', and features the Doctor, Amy (my god I love her), a Weeping Angel, and the Olympic Torch... yup, this short is pretty great. Good job kids.
