I caught The Notebook (probably the best chick flick ever) on TV last night and was reminded of how hot I think Rachel McAdams is. She has a classic look to her and pulls of both blonde and brunette rather well. One of the things I love about her is the way she constantly revisits the styles of the olde time days, especially with her hairstyles. The New York Times was looking for a cool idea for a photo essay that was to appear in their annual Hollywood issue. What they came up with is absolute genius. "Touch of Evil" is a fun photo project that portays some of Hollywood's current best and brightest stars as the prototypical villains of cinema. The Madman. The Sociopath. The Home Wrecker. The Business Tycoon. These are the types of roles that have scourged films since the begining, and these re-enactments bring back some wild memories from the past. Scorpion by Dann Matthews

Check out this really meta and cool mash-up by Dann Matthews which portrays Scorpion from Mortal Kombat fame as Ryan Gosling's "Driver" character. If you haven't seen this awesome flick yet, Gosling's character wears a jacket with a scorpion on it. Very cool concept for a mash-up. Nice job Dann. See the pic in full size after the jump...
