Freddie Wong Uncovers The Secret Of The Fire Flower

Freddie Wong is the shit, 'nuff said. Kid got skills when it comes to making viral videos... no doubt about that. But every once and a blue him and his gang come up with a killer nerd concept that has to be highlighted. Not that his other videos aren't great, but they just have that certain geek appeal that makes them a must to re-blog. This weeks entry is one of those times. Check out Freddie as he journeys to find the sacred Fire Flower of Super Mario Brothers fame (he even travels via map, a la Indy!) and then figures out just how to use it's power. Unfortunately, things can't all go smooth. Freddie W & And Whitfield Play Live Action Time Crisis...

We are big fans of that crazy Asian Freddie W and his awesome fan made videos. Thanks to my own very special Asian Lock, I got this wonderful video in my inbox featuring the recently deceased Andy Whitfield and Freddie playing a live action version of Time Crisis. This is wonderful, and a fitting tribute to the fallen action star. (See the video after the jump)

"Andy passed away on September 11th, 2011. It was an honor to have had the opportunity to work with him - he was and continues to be the most fun actor we've ever had on set. He launched into every take with more zeal and intensity than anyone I've ever seen, and was a complete blast to work with. RIP, Andy."

 

Freddie Wong Is Back... This Time With Jon Favreau Himself!!!

Freddie Wong makes some really great videos that he features on his Youtube page. The guy has a great team and the things they do have taken over the Internet, usually topping a few million views within a few days. This has got the attention of some big shots in Hollywood. Jon Favreau became a fan of Wong, and he decided to collaborate with the Internet entrepreneur on a 'Cowboys & Aliens' themed shoot 'em up video. It is amazing!!!
