Forget all the remakes, sequels, prequels, and whatever else there was ever made... there is only one Texas Chainsaw Masscre. It's Toby Hooper's 1974 masterpiece, and despite the fact that its over 35 years old, it still sends shivers down my spine. My step mom even told me that after seeing the movie in a double feature after Night of the Living she could not LOOK (not eat, look!!!) at chopmeat for over 2 months!!!!! You are not a horror head if this isnt in your top 10, and if you want a break from all the PG-13 horror of new Hollywood then give this one a shot.
